Current Ministries Supported By The Foundation

There is always a need for the financial support that allows Peabody to continue "celebrating the ageless spirit" by focusing on health, not frailty; on possibilities not limitations and the value of life at all ages. Each day, nearly 300 older adults depend on us to provide warm Christian care and an enhanced quality of life. Gifts given to the Peabody Home Foundation allow our staff to keep this promise to all of our residents. Financial support is appreciated, and very much needed, for the following purposes:

Caring Circle
– Benevolent care fund that provides financial assistance to residents in need.

Program Support
– Innovative programming, designed to enhance the residents' quality of life, is supported through contributions. Although there are too many programs to list here, some highlights include chaplaincy guidance; Tulip Festival; Christmas programming and campus wide entertainment.

Endowment
- Gifts to endowment are invested in perpetuity. The earnings generated by the original gift provide on-going support for the Caring Circle or other programs designated by the donor. The amount of the original gift will remain constant. A unique opportunity exists to honor or memorialize a loved one through establishing a named endowment.

Capital Projects – The need for more extensive facilities and services increases as the American population grows. The Peabody Home Foundation helps meet Peabody 's ongoing capital needs through capital campaigns in support of specific projects and programs.
